한중관계와 북중관계로 본 중국의 대한반도 전략
The research is aimed at finding out about China’s Northeast Asian foreign policy that is changing its status in the international arena, due to China’s economic development and the rise of national competitiveness. In particular, this paper is focusing on China’s external strategy for Northeast Asia. This paper also is focusing on China’s changes in diplomatic strategies toward South Korea and North Korea on the Korean Peninsula. China, a socialist country, is traditionally governed by the Communist Party and is the center of its diplomatic relations. So, it is a strategy of China’s Northeast Asian foreign affairs. Considering that domestic scholars’ remarks on the Korean Peninsula generally conform to the party’s guidelines and much of the media’s content follows in China. The core of China’s Communist Party’s foreign policy is that it is hard to understand for foreigners. So, this study based on these general academic and media sources, identified the Communist Party’s strategies for South Korea. Korean scholars often analyze that the relationship between Korea and China is very good, but they can not tell what is wrong with what is implied to be good. Therefore, the study focused on finding out what problems need to be solved and why Korean-Chinese relations can develop in a way that would benefit the nation's interests. The data was based on research paper from some professors interviews and media outlets on the Internet.
